Xbox Series X Door Handover Doesn't Work

    The door handover doesn't work the 385 I can't use the panel

    You just use the one button for the side you want to release you don’t press both in like Matt P did in preview stream then it should work

    No I mean I did all that and it didn't work i had to restart

    It didn't work on the preview stream either - weird!

    You need to press the door handover button for the side where you are opening the doors. There are door handover buttons for the left and right hand side

    I have an issue at Linlithgow station only, all other stations work fine which may explain why it did not work for Matt as he was at Linlithgow too

    Hey all, if you are having trouble using the guard panel, please make sure you are following these instructions:
    1. Press the Door Handover button in the cab, for the corresponding side.
    2. Go to a passenger coach with a guard panel by the door.
    3. Click on the guard panel to open it.
    4. Use the Key Switch to activate the panel.
    5. Use the Door Release/Close buttons as you would from the cab.
    If the issue persists, we need you to explain what you have tried with step-by-step bullet points. Please include details, such as service name & start time, which car you are using etc...

    This is also, on page 13 of the manual.
