I've been building this route for a few years and went back to one of the stations to add a second platform. That's the one on the right. But when I try to open the doors, they open towards the original platform, on the left in the screenshot. The invisible platforms (LG ones) are placed so that the closest one is the one for the new platform, but still TS opens the doors on the wrong side. I've tried replacing the invisible platforms, which hasn't helped. Is the only option to replace the track?
There could be a number of issues here. If the new platform uses an invisible single-sided platform to generate passengers, or lacks passengers at all, it may well see the other platform as its nearest. That other platform may act like that if it is using an invisible double-sided platform. I would test by first temporarily removing the latter and seeing what happens. Also, make sure the passenger-generating section of the new platform is in one single section - ones with breaks in will not work properly. John
Thanks for the suggestions, I'll try them later on. I can confirm that neither platform has any breaks in it. I haven't tried replacing the marker so I'll try that first.
