PlayStation Dopplestock Style Train Without Locomotive

Watching a YT video earlier at München Hbf there was a Doppelstock style train that appeared to have a cab at each end rather than a locomotive pulling/pushing it.

Does anyone know what Class this is?

I think they are Bombardier Twindexx Vario, registered in Germany as BR 445 and 446.
