Xbox Dovetail Identity Error

Having the error message DovetailLive Identity error at “Create Identity” when entering “Display Name”. Email and password are accepted with no issue.
Using Xbox Series X. Any suggestions?

 

Logged in now. Took a couple of clicks on the confirm though, persistence seems to work!

 

Same with me.
But multiple confirm presses isn't letting me in
Locked out of game
