Xbox series S Nearly everytime we have to sign in manually to dovetail live, how do we stop this and leave us signed in. very frustrated 8 year old having to type a long email and password in everytime Ultimately I struggle to use forums and searching this questions throws up to many alternative options.
This happens on my XB-X also every so often, and on PC every now and then, not sure why DTG does this, other than to make us the players do kind of like a verification by logging back in. ＼（〇_ｏ）／
Hi rjm#8275 , Sorry to hear about this! Your credentials may not be preserved if your IP changes frequently, which would be a question for your Internet Service Provider. However, if you link your Dovetail Live account to your Xbox account, this should reduce the frequency of your sign-ins. This is due to something called SSO and you learn more here: Dovetail Live Single Sign-On
It happens from time to time on PC and PS5, too. It would be helpful if the process at least remembered our email sign ins and just required the password to be entered.
