Down The Line

I have just tried to do the 'Down the Line' Scenerio on TSW 2020 and got to within 300 yards of Ealing Broadway and there is a red light so I stop and after twenty minutes the red light is still on, is this normal or have I found a bug in the game.

If it is i have to wait for the red light could you tell me how long I have to wait.

 

try restart the scenario or ask for track opining with TAB
