Does not look like the creator club is down, or is it? I can add items to a collection but can't download them, does not matter the item I choose, I always get the same message, if that is what it is. Please see attached image. And YES I have ALL the DLC's, as shown in the image, requires Download? and nothing ever changes. Or when I do get an option to click an image of the supported livery it shows owned and I end up on Steam it shows the same thing, already in library. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.
