The second time you have to release the auto brakes it won't acknowledge the brakes being fully released
yeah, I followed all the steps from the first time I did it and it wouldn't work. I tried resetting the level but it happens each time.
What exactly isn't working? Are the brakes coming off or is it that the scenario objectives wont move on?
It's happened to me, I can't move any of the controls sometimes, it just comes and goes and once it's happened, it won't fix itself. It's making the game unplayable. Have only experienced it on NEC New York so far.
Welp I got past that part by resetting for the fourth time, coupled to the broken down train, got to the other end of the cab aaaannndddd...it wont move. Ive tried everything but the train will not give out any amps. If that wasnt bad enough then the auto brake stoped working completely. Honestly I would be ashamed if this was a beta.
I'm having this issue when I'm first switching cabs to go back to the HST. The auto brake won't fully release thus not registering or letting the objectives progress.
Im having problems attached faulty train turn headlights off other end gone back to lead locomotive go to release breaks an nothing gauge wont move???
Can you maybe share a Gameclip that shows what you are doing? Might be easier to help if people can see what you are doing and whats not working.
Tried that it wont upload to here. Im basicly at stage where ive attached the train gone down other end train turn lights to tail lights an press the parking break off. Go to front of train. Go release brake.. an nothing happends!!
Have you released the brakes on both ends of the HST? Released the brakes in the Class 66 aswell and applied power?
I haven't been able to reproduce any problems with the PC version. Looking at Jammypigeon7's screenshot though, the 66's brakes are still very much on. Have you tried releasing them with left shoulder on the controller rather than manually pulling the lever in the cab? EDIT= looking again, the brakes are less on in the first screenshot you uploaded. Since the brakes are 100% on since switching cabs, you need to hold the release for some time for the pressure to fully drain. You need to hold it until the big gauge in the middle of the dashboard is pointing fully upwards at 5, that's when the auto brakes are off.
Yeah jus when ive attached an go to front cab.. after going to rear end of the hst to release breaks an proceed forward nothing happends!
I don’t know what is the problem, i think you do something wrong because i did this service on PC without problems, my only fault was passing a red I suggest you to watch a video about this service on YouTube. Maybe it can help you.
I tried the scenario 3 times and always get stuck trying to pull the out of service HST once I hook it up to the Class 66. The throttle doesn't do anything even though all the brake systems are in release position. And I've seen there issues such as accidentally turning off the reverser master key and not being able to turn it back on again. Also no matter what I do, when it says to drain the brakes inside the cab i'm supposed to be driving, it immediately jumps to use the throttle and I haven't done the brakes yet. When I try, the needles don't move at all. Never have for me inside that main cab once i'm hooked up the train i'm supposed to be pulling.
Once I couple up to the disabled train I can't get past the command to go to the other end and sit in the driver seat. Nothing happens after I do.
