PC Dresden 101: Brakes Won't Release.

Can't even begin the service: the brakes stubbornly hold at 2.4 N and nothing I do will make them let go! Yes, the emergency brake is released. Yes, the doors are closed. Yes, it happens with AFB both on and off.

 

Can you tell us which service specifically? or have you tried multiple and it's the same for all?

Yup. Forgot about that stupid little switch (driving the 101 is ALMOST like the 146, but not quite)
