Dresden-chemnitz Crashes With Error Ce-108255-1 (ps5)

Just thought I’d create a topic in case others are getting the same.

This error occurs for me when attempting to load a game mode that uses AI services, such as Explore on Foot and Timetable. The error happens when the Dresden-Riesa DLC is also installed. If the latter is uninstalled, the route loads fine.

Troubleshooting: I have tried twice reinstalling the game with a minimum install - just these two DLC plus the 3 built-in routes. The first time yesterday I actually got a timetabled Dresden-Chemnitz service to run, but as soon as I added another German DLC the error returned. I removed Dresden-Riesa, error gone. I tried the exact same thing today but this time the error occurred immediately. Again I removed Dresden-Riesa, again the error disappeared.

I referred back to the preview stream on PS5 but unfortunately Matt only had Dresden-Chemnitz loaded on the dev machine, so not possible to compare with that. With Hamburg-Lubeck, Hauptestrecke-Rhein-Ruhr, and the BR 101 DLCs installed I am able to see the IC services running in Dresden Hbf, but as soon as I add Dresden-Riesa back in the error rears its ugly head again!

Strange. Would probably be best to report it.

 

Strange. I have both routes installed and at the moment DCZ works ok for me (keeps fingers crossed) on the PS5..

Do you have any other routes installed apart from the TSW2 base routes?

 

I just tried Explore on Foot and a Timetable service and didn't suffer any problems.

For reference I have all German content except the DB BR 187 and all UK content except West Cornwall and Northern Trans Penine installed which is the max I can have before hitting the limit.

 

Thanks guys, this is really doing my head in. I’ve tried a fresh game profile, even tried a full PS5 reset, all to no avail. I honestly don’t know what else I can do. I am definitely running the correct PS5 version of Dresden-Chemnitz as I get the other non-Riesa AI services. The console is otherwise fine and I have no issues with other games. Almost tempted to go back to Series X or PC (although I promised to give the latter to my son in a couple of months when he finishes uni).

 

Hi guys - I had the exact same issue on my PC - went so far to completely reinstall my PC but with no effect (other than a nice refreshed PC )

Removing Dresden-Riesa DLC has made the timetable runs work again !!!!

Ka bei mir gibt es PzB Probleme bei Ps5 die Kreistaste drück ich abet keine PZB Bestätigung, auch Sifa geht nich.

Nur bei 612 funktioniert alles normal.

 

I have all the German and UK routes installed. I did have Boston- Providence on as well but removed it.

 

Yesterday I also had several crashes into the console menu. For DTG ticket ID 45009. This is the last fall of the game.
