Are you using a 8th Gen console or Series S ? simple answer to the issue is the console doesn’t have enough memory to process places like Dresden which are high demand areas Other points like this usually are Köln Munchen and Victoria I don’t think i can see how this issue due to its consistency could been missed unless it was not properly tested in all fairness
