After yesterdays big update the Dresden - Riesa dlc was saved in the wrong folder (Epic Games\TrainSimWorld5\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC) and therefore not accessible in the game. I had to copy the .pak file of the dlc to the right folder (Epic Games\TrainSimWorld5\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC). Than the dlc appeared in the game again. Maybe this might be helpful to someone and could be corrected with the next update.
