I think this is about the permanent red light that prevents you from completing the tutorial. It's a known issue.
mwszabi#1612 If you could post in English, it would be better. Also, screenshots! They exist on all platforms! See here for XBox.

So why do tracks cost so much? Do I buy it so I can't play it? However, if I buy someone, it should be fine, inflation is a LOVE shock here in Hungary anyway...

From what I understand, the routes are quite life-like, which means there's a lot of research that has to be done.
Legally, they cannot recreate logos of real companies or copy real life rolling stock without proper copyright contracts. That will cost a pretty penny, because nothing is cheap.

Then, someone went out there, maybe accessed some plans, took some measurements, took a lot of photos, probably rode a train along the route and filmed the scenery, and so on. I can't imagine the effort that would be required to reproduce a shunting yard, with all the tracks and signals and so on.

After that, artists would go create the route, laying out the tracks, and add the scenery, with trees, buildings, bridges, roads, etc. They might not have all the textures for everything, and those need to be created, so that the in game route looks like the real life route. I've seen some photos in these forums, someone put side-by-side in game screenshot and real life photo, and it looked pretty close to me.
Same goes for any train that is included with the route: they have to create the images and sounds to match the real life rolling stock. I've read somewhere people complaining that the sound was not right, the in game locomotive sounded like another locomotive, and not like the real life counterpart. You can't sneak anything past the customers, who are likely to know a lot about the real life locomotives.

Next, I would assume the developers would code any behaviour necessary, if not already covered in the main game. Some tracks bring completely new stuff: a tilting train, for example, or new type of controls, etc.
Someone also needs to come up with the timetable information and create the scenarios. That too will take some time.
After that, there would be testing, one would hope.

All in all, I think it takes a few months for a large dedicated team to bring a route to life. And the costs are not small, because everyone needs to get paid, and there has to be something left to pay the utility bills at the DTG HQ. Inflation is "a LOVE shock" everywhere, I'm afraid.

Lastly, you encountered a bug in one scenario. It doesn't make the whole thing unplayable, just that one scenario. You can still enjoy the route, the other scenarios and the timetable, and hopefully complete the broken scenario when the team has produced a fix for it.
