I recently started the learn the route scenario for The Kyle Line. It’s a long journey, about three hours. I managed to proceed in a timely fashion, observing the speed limits, and all going well. I saved progress and quit the scenario after another couple of minutes, to return to another time. When I did later recommence from the save point, I drove exactly as before, but for some reason I kept getting drive quality penalties, losing about 10 points a second, and no matter what I did, on several retakes, (accelerate more gently or not), nothing made much difference to the outcome. I’m not fussed about the points, but just curious to know what the logic is behind these penalties, as I say there was no issue during the initial run. Is it just a foible of the scenario/JT’s scripting? Just trying to make sense of it!
