Its something that really gets me annoyed when playing tsw in certain locos. Two examples being the Flying Scotsman and the Br193 Vectron. I understand that guiding players, especially when new, is really important. But i simply dont understand the benefit of the game telling me yet again to "confirm AfB setting" when changing it in the Vectron. I KNOW, i did it like 30 times before that. When driving flying Scotsman and the reverser is not in a position the game likes, it pops up constantly. Its deeply annoying. Its also not necessary to tell me to active saftey systems every single time.... *sorry for the small rant Easiest solution would be an option to toggle it off. There certainly is a way to deactivate, but that does deactivate some other infos on screen that im still relying on. Especially as a Console player. So please, give us an option to toggle this specific aid off without interfering with other visual aids.
Thanks for your reply Ive solved the issue. Turns out its lazy translated and the menu actually illogical, meant i have not seen this toggle. Im from Germany and the german menu, there is nothing as "driver assist". There is only "notifications" but there are two of them. One, you can deactivate notifications in general settings Second you can deactivate notifications in players assist. Problem solved but maybe an update for the menu structure would help here.
