Driving Hsts Without Going Through Cold Start Up

Hey everyone,

So I am trying to drive any of the HSTs assets which come under have AP (Armstrong Powerhouse)

Is there anyway to drive HSTs that come under AP without going through the whole cold start up process?

I dont have this issue when Ive drive trains from Steam and Just Trains.
Can anyone help?

Just for context, I have purchased the following packs from AP -
HST (MTU) Pack
HST (Valenta) Pack
