I was playing SEHS the other day and noticed sth which I am not sure if it is a bug or just slightly different functionality... the DSD system should start beeping once you stand up as the train is moving, that I know... but in many UK trains, DSD starts beeping when you stand up even if the train is at the station and isnt moving (or is that DRA?)... aka whats the reason that in some UK trains you get beeps when you get out of your seat at a station and in 395 you dont? Dont hesitate to elaborate on your answer
ok, some update... done some testing with other UK MUs and such... 1. 377+387s, also 375 and 385 - DSD on + vig off/on = nothing happens 2. 465, Azuma, 170 - DSD on + vig on = beep both at train moving and during standstill if you stand up 3. 395 - vig default on + DSD on = beeps only when train moves, not during standstill is it cos the DSD is implemented differently in those machines or just DTG's different implementation of DSD?
feel free to add some of your experience, havent tested 313 and since I dont have all DLCs from UK, I dont have experience with all of their DSD implementation, so feel free to post yours looks like in general, in theory, DSD should only go off if you stand up during the train actually moving... in-game, usually the newer units like Azuma or 170 beep even when standing still, but you have to have both DSD and vig on... so, comparing those... only 395 has it actually done correctly? not sure pls, someone who knows UK stuff, clarify if you can
