Currently I'm having to pause the game to see what speeds to expect 8 kilometers ahead, especially during heavy freight train runs. I think there's a HUD element you can enable, top-right, that tells you the next speed. But I'm not a fan of the HUD as the driving indications can be read off of the loco's instruments anyways. And to be honest, the driving plan information could be shown in a single overlay window. I'd love to have all the streckenkilometer (for German trains), speed limits, stops, arrival/departure times, gradient, etc, shown in a more condensed timetable overlay view when pressing T, similar to a Buchfahrplan. That would be much more useful than having all this information scattered around on the escape button pause screen or flashing at you on the HUD. That would almost make up for not having an EBuLa on the MFD DTG, can we get more information in the timetable? Please?
I fully agree that the HUD should be revised, smaller and with more relevant information. We should get more options to turn elements of the HUD on or off.
