Announcement Dtl Maintenance Update – 25th January

Hello everyone,

We want to share news about ongoing maintenance to our DTL platforms, which started at 10:00am UTC earlier, and once back online will prompt logged-in users to re-login across all DTL-integrated products and platforms. During this time you will not be able to log into DTL services.

If you are a Train Sim World 4 player, your DTL account login will be affected during the downtime, however, you should not be prompted to re-login once it is back online.

We will update this thread once the maintenance is complete.

Update - 11:50am

We've had to revert the maintenance and we will be looking to attempt this system update in the near future. The functionality of DTL services should now be restored, however, players will still be expected to re-login across all DTL-integrated products and platforms except within TSW4.

 

Update - January 25th 15:00pm

We are planning to re-attempt the maintenance on our DTL platforms again at 15:30pm UTC. As a reminder, during this time you will not be able to log into DTL services, and once the service is back online it will prompt logged-in users to re-login across all DTL-integrated products and platforms.

If you are a Train Sim World 4 player, your DTL account login will be affected during the downtime, however, you should not be prompted to re-login once it is back online.

Update - January 25th 17:20pm

We're continuing our testing on the update, and so far we believe it's successfully implemented and looking positive. We will be monitoring the status of the service over the next 24 hours to ensure everything is correctly working as it should.
If you spot anything irregular or unexpected, please report it to us.
