These are way too much trains, but if you don’t want ghost stations then we would need atleast 4 trains which could be 1. Class 29000 Used for commuter services from Connolly to Dundalk 2. A single DART Train For stopper services between Connolly and Malahide 3. NIR Class 3000 or 4000 For commuter and sometimes express services between Belfast Central -> Newry/Dublin. 4. Lastly Enterprise For express services between Dublin and Belfast. Also try putting this all in one thread.
It's too late for that sadly, you've already suggested it but for future suggestions, my advice is to keep rolling stock to anything between 2-4 stock with up to 2 more as potential DLC as options if DTG were to release the route but you can rewrite it if you want, I'm nae stopping you from rewriting it but that's too much rolling stock for one suggestion, a tad too much
Excellent idea but the problem is going to be DTG knowing on how CAWS work the Republic of Ireland train protection system. The easy option is simply cut out the Republic of Ireland section Dublin to Dund due to it being CAWS. that leaves Belfast to Dundalk as the doable section since it uses the same automatic Warning system TPWS DSD and driver's reminder Appliance as a British route although set in 1.6m Irish Gauge track.
