I have just been doing timetabled S19 runs on the Koln route and twice terminated in Duren from Koln in platform 5. On both occasions I opened the left side doors as the platform was on the left, however the "unlock doors" instruction would not clear. On the first occasion I closed and reopened the doors but that had no effect, I then opened the right hand side doors which appeared to work and loaded passengers, closing the right hand side doors reverts to the "unlock doors" instruction but closing the left (platform side) would not stop passengers loading. The same issue occurs when setting up the cab at the opposite end to return to Koln It would seem the loading side at platform at Duren Hauptbahnhof is set to the wrong side. Has anyone else experienced this?
