Steam East Coastway - No Access Off Platforms To Concourses

Running the East Coastway remaster and spawning on foot I can't get past the barriers to look round the rest of the station at either Brighton or Eastbourne, I've not tried elsewhere. I've seen some streams where those areas have been accessed so what's the way to do it please?

 

Having viewed one of those videos again the access to the 'off limits' areas was by use of the free camera not by walking past the barriers. So unless I've overlooked another method, case closed.
