I would like to propose this route, as I feel it would be a welcome addition to TSW. This route would add a blend of modern railway architecture between Bicester and Bletchley and the Marston Vale Line, which currently operates using Class 150s

    Stations:

    Oxford

    Oxford Parkway

    Islip

    Bicester Village

    Winslow

    Bletchley

    Milton Keynes Central

    Fenny Stratford

    Bow Brickhill

    Woburn Sands

    Aspley Guise

    Ridgmont

    Lidlington

    Millbrook

    Stewartby

    Kempston Hardwick

    Bedford St Johns

    Bedford

    Rolling stock

As this route hasn’t begun operating yet it’s not confirmed what traction will be used on it, however Chiltern Railways Class 168s conducted test runs. The Class 150 from the upcoming Welsh route could be reskinned to match the Class 350 to represent the Marston Vale line. There is also the opportunity for GWR layers at Oxford, WCML layers at Milton Keynes and Class 700 layer at Bedford.

I hope you have enjoyed reading my pitch, feel free to join in with any changes, additions and opinions and let’s hope we get this line in game soon!

This would be great to see. This could be a similar scenario to when Rivet made the Leven Branch as they were making the that part of Fife Circle, having been planned in advance.

The class 150/2 from the TFW route isn't the same spec (different headlights) and is a different subclass to the Class 150/1s used on the Marston Vale Line. Also, we don't have a Chiltern railways license to operate the services and won't be able to obtain one until 2027 at the earliest.
