Xbox Series S Ecml Railtour Pack Mk1s Not Showing Up In Livery Editor

I've just created two custom liveries in the Livery Editor, for both the ECML Mk1 BG and the ECML Mk1 BSO, and then when I went to spawn them in Free Roam to test them, I couldn't; they didn't appear in the "Liveries" section of the ECML Mk1 tab. Failing that, I attempted to add them to a custom rake in the Formation Editor, in which they also didn't appear.

I'd also like to add that these stock are advertised as having Livery Editor support, and whilst yes, they can be edited, they cannot be used in practice. Saying they have support then, to me, is incorrect.

Any help would be appreciated on this - workarounds or otherwise, else I'll just submit a bug report and try for a refund.
