PC Ecw Class 313 Pis No Longer Works

I ran some services on ECW today and noticed that the PIS on all Class 313 is black, is that a feature of the new patch?

 

Works fine for me on Xbox, maybe it’s a pc only glitch

 

Well, I run service 2L24 for example, and on my own 313 the PIS works, but for example the first AI 313 train I see along this run has black PIS and doesn't show anything

 

Yes i have the same. 1 bug is getting solved by adding 2 new. On the Screenshot below its an a.i 313, waiting the 377 crossing the rails, it started moving with that black pis.

 

I did a run on the route and it seems like it only affects ai trains
