Pulled into Eastbourne at the end of service 2G46 and had a wander while waiting for the load to run. Noticed on both PIS that there was 1 minute between next service 1 and 2 on each platform, and both to the same stations. Presumably some PIS fault for Adam to have a gander at
As there is effectively 2 services (one drivable in and one non-driveable out) the PIS is confused and thinks those 2 services are separate. I could tell this as I looked at the ‘calling at’ and the first says “calling at: eastbourne, hampden park…” hope this helps with your confusion!
Not confused at all. Eastbourne is a turnback station so IRL there would only be one listing for these services which come in, turn around and then proceed to Ore or Hastings. Hence pointing it out as a glitch, error in programming or something that COULD be looked into, if Adam's team get around to it Hardly a game changer, but something to note either way
Other notes on the ECW PIS: - The PIS at Seaford is incorrectly actually displaying the PIS from Bishopstone - Polegate is misspelled as Polgate on the PIS throughout the route Otherwise, very well done by Adam's team and it adds a lot to the route - have found myself going back to ECW much more frequently now.
Further point - Lewes P5 PIS sometimes shows 'Terminates Here' for services from Brighton and sometimes says 'Lewes'. Think they should all say Terminate Here?
