Why stations don't have stop markers? If that is in reality where should we stop the train. Should we aim at the end of platform for all train lenghts?

If stations don't have stop markers (which in reality they normally would even on rural stops in that part of the country) I would normally aim to stop adjacent to the exit, or if no specific exit is visible I would stop next to any seating or station building, ie where most passengers would be standing

Ah ok, I’m not sure about London road but at Berwick the front of the train actually stops pass the station so that all the coaches fit and does block the crossing, at least that’s what the announcements say.

Yes there is a stop sign at the end of the platform, but what is missing before it is 4 car stop marker and 5-12 car stop marker.

The way the stop markers in the UK work is if there are specific car lengths to be abided by then the driver stops at the next lowest number (so if the driver has a 3 car train, there's no number 3 but there is a number 4 the driver stops at the number 4)
If there are NO numbers, but a sign with capital S on it (usually at the far end of a platform) then any trains longer than the last numbered sign will stop there, so if there are 4,6,8 on signs and an S at the end any 9,10,12 car trains stop at the end

    ***EDIT FOR CLARITY***
Where ONLY an S stop is in place all trains regardless of length stop at this marker.

There are also some operators who have their own signs, usually where they only run certain consists on certain lines, such as Thameslink on the North Kent routes where they only run certain 700 class consists all the same length, so they have a Diamond stop sign noticably different from the usual black ones

Additionally there are special cases such as HST markers which may be off the end of the platform so that the majority of the passenger cars are in platform, even though the power car may be hanging off the end

There are also BLUE stop markers, usually used for terminating trains and these often have specific classes noted on them, so as an example at Gravesend Platform 0 there are various blue markers at the Eastern end (away from London) showing where various consists and classes (465/466 & 376) should stop so that the front of the train is correctly positioned at the London end of the platform
