    Introduction:
This timetable pack would be a 2018-2019 based timetable set just after electrification was complete, and just as the class 385s were entering service, with services being operated by a combination of DMUs and EMUs.

    Timetable:
The timetable used would be the may 2018 timetable
    4TPH Edinburgh waverley-Glasgow Queen street (class 365, class 170, class 385)
    2TPH Edinburgh waverley-Dunblane (Class 365, class 385, Class 156, class 158, Class 170
    2TPH Glasgow Queen street-Stirling/alloa (Class 156, Class 158, class 170)
    1TPH Edinburgh-Glenrothes/Cowdenbeath/Perth/Dundee/Aberdeen/Inverness. (Driveable to Haymarket, Class 158, 170)
2TPH Edinburgh waverley-Glasgow central (Class 156, class 158, class 385/0, Driveable as far as haymarket)
Eastfield depot-Glasgow Queen street (All stock)

    Included stock:

    Class 365 "networker"

The class 365 was temporarily leased by scotrail between june 2018 and March 2019, operating services along the E-G due to delays in the 385s entering service.
    Top speed: 100mph
    Layers: N/A
Services ran: Glasgow to edinburgh, Edinburgh to Dunblane.

    Class 156
The class 156 is used by scotrail on suburban diesel routes out of Glasgow, mostly out of Glasgow central although occasionally operating out of Queen Street as well. At the time these would have operated services towards alloa and stirling.
    Top speed: 75mph
Layers: Cathcart circle (Shields depot moves, AI)
    Edinburgh glasgow (AI)
    fife circle (Substitution)
    100_3842.jpg

    Class 170

The class 170 would be re-used from fife circle, operating services from glasgow to stirling/alloa, and occasionally edinburgh to glasgow runs, as well as AI towards dundee, fife circle and haymarket/eastfield depot.

    Class 385
At the time, these would have just been entering service, so would operate test runs, depot moves, and sometimes substituting in for the 365.

    Layers:

    Class 158

The class 158 would layer from its DLC, operating services to stirling, alloa and AI towards dundee and the fife circle, and haymarket/eastfield depot

    Class 66
The class 66 would have a handful of freight and rhtt services.

    GWE class 43/MK3 coaches
Static at Haymarket and Cadder depot, and would be used as unrefurbished inter7city sets

    Class 47
Operates a vintage railtour along the route, calling at Falkirk high.

    Scenarios:

    Class 365 introduction

Learn the basic operations of the class 465 EMU

    Class 156 introduction

Learn the basic operations of the class 156 DMU

    Network scotrail
Drive this pair of class 365s from glasgow queen street to edinburgh, then drive the rear set on a service to Dunblane.

    Guarding scotland
Guard this class 365 from Edinburgh waverley to Polmont, then guard a class 385 on the return.

    Sprinting to the rescue
A class 156 has failed at edinburgh waverley, drive this class 158 from haymarket depot to rescue the failed unit, then drag it back to eastfield depot for repairs.

    Mixed bag
Drive this class 170+158 combo on a rainy evening from Edinburgh to glasgow queen street, then take the 158 to the depot for the night.

    Testing, testing
Drive this class 385 ECS from down midcalder to edinburgh waverley, then to eastfield depot via glasgow queen street.

    Overall:
This timetable pack would add some much needed variety to the edinburgh glasgow, and the other Scottish routes, and gives players a route where we have a choice of diesel or electric units, As well as including a busier timetable, and more scenarios.

This would be a good idea for an expansion pack to get the 365 into the game (if an ECML South was not developed) but I think a lot of people would like it in the pre-electrification era (158s/170s) or BR era (47/DBSO or TnT 27s as 25262 has suggested), other than that, good suggestion :)

This would make this route much more interesting and more fun to play with a much better variety of trains and I love it and think its a great suggestion, but there's a couple more things I think should he added such as the route between falkirk Grahamston to Glasgow Queen Street via Cumbernauld as it would sorta be like a little sub route that comes with the main E&G Route via Falkirk High and it would come with extra DMUs and EMUs + more freight services. A DMU that could be added would be the 156 or 158 from Falkirk Grahamston to Glasgow Queen Street via Cumbernauld + 3 EMUs including class 318, 320 and 334 services from Cumbernauld to Dalmuir and Milngavie and you could drive these EMUs to Springburn because that's were the main route ends. And there is way more freight that could be added such as Class 70s 66s and 56s which could carry oil as that's what they do a lot on that line, but I've probably said enough now and hope you liked my suggestion

Excellent suggestion. This would add more interesting variety to the route and add the Class 365 Networker to the game.
