Not sure if remasters are possible on third party routes but this still could be made a very solid route with additional gameplay - - Add rain to windscreens - Improved Class 385 running sounds - Fix wind noise with internal cab door open - Fix Neutral Sections - Update platform PIS to show Edinburgh rather than Edinburgh Waverley - Add Peak Time services stopping patterns on hour and half past in both directions(services call at Waverley, Haymarket, Falkirk High, Lenzie, Bishopbriggs & Glasgow QS - Add late night services - Update TMS/announcements to recognise when starting a service in opposite direction - Scenery updates/drawing distance - Add Linlithgow Palace - Add Edinburgh Airport viewable from viaduct - Add Inter7City livery - Add layering services to QS/Waverley with Class 158, 170, HST, 800 & 390
This route could become quite enjoyable if the right updates happen. There could be a full timetable with all the AI at Edinburgh (801s, 170s etc). People often complain about the boring scenery of this route, but this is not the case in real life, where you can clearly see Edinburgh airport, the Forth Bridge, and an oil refinery near Falkirk, as well as some mountainy hill things. All of those scenic assets seem to be missing in game for whatever reason.
Platform PIS show Edinburgh, Edinburgh and Edinburgh Waverley can be used interchangeable as at Edinburgh, Waverley is included on most to all station signs.
If no-one's already mentioned it yet, the version of Waverley station in Fife Circle should be put into this route as the Fife Circle version is more open and you can explore of the station. Also, they need more paths for scenarios. The only platform you can arrive on at Edinburgh Waverley is the part of the station which was unfinished! I would love to speak to the person who signed off on that one!
