Edit Time Table By Taking Hd Out Of Ps4 And Putting Into My Pc?

I was just wonder if I could edit a time table by taking out the the HD out of the PS4 and put it into my PC

If so, is that limited to only time tables that I created with their Scenario Planner?

Pretty sure that's just not possible just outright in the game

 

Playstation HDDs are encoded. They can only be used in the console they came with.
Having swapped out 3 HDDs from PS4s, I would know. When I was swapping out my first HDD, I wanted to transfer my captured videos to my PC to then edit. Windows wouldn't even allow access to the PS4 HDD except to format it.
Also, the OS and game are different so no, there's no compatibility. The game might be the same on different platforms but the coding is different for each platform.

 

Even players on PC can’t edit the timetables in TSW, only scenarios they have made in scenario planner.
