I've been editing some of the stock on scenarios but sometimes get errors so wanted to go in to the editor and replace the problem consist physically in the editor.
Is there any way to locate and move to a train directly without panning the whole map.
One scenario im looking at is on the Bristol to Exeter route, the player service starts at Taunton heading to Bristol but the problem ai is located further up the track, obviously I can locate the service in the timetable icon but is there any way to snap to that service directly in the editor itself as it will save time or do I just need to go to the nearest station and pan to the service if its in the middle of nowhere?
I've looked online and on YouTube etc and can't see what I need.
    Appreciate your help

There's a flyout at the top of the screen with a compass and coordinates on it, bring this down and pin it in place, then open the 2D map.
Find the train you want to edit, and press Ctrl + left mouse click on it; this will adjust the coordinates to the location of your train. Now press the small "go" arrow next to the coordinates input boxes in the top flyout and the camera will move there instantly. Depending on the relative elevations you may end up a long way above or below the area. I also find it best to wait a few seconds after clicking go before closing the map to allow scenery to render.
