    Is it me, or does the 801 actually not run when there is no overhead power?

    When Experimenting with the 801 on other routes, I found myself stuck on the Antelope Valley Line
    (yes it does work with the emergency diesel engine)

    I used to be able to mess around with electric locos and EMUs on Diesel US Freight and Passenger routes all willy-nilly in previous titles but I haven't been able to try to have a fun go with the 801 on the Antelope Valley Line.

    I am aware the trains start cold in the free roam mode, but if I am missing something in the 801's startup other than the Aux On, please let me know ^^;

    Free roam isn't off the rails. Your power systems have to be compatible. An ac electric unit can't run without the correct wires. A 3rd rail electric emu requires 3rd rail. Diesels can run anywhere.

    If you want to use off the rails mode, you have to use scenario planner

    It’s so annoying. Now I can’t run it in GWR livery on west Cornwall local. Reason being is that there is no overhead power or 3rd rail on the route. I really hope they add an 800 or 802 to the Peterborough to Doncaster route

    I recall from the broadcast they mentioned that they did not have access to the 800 but rather had access to the 801 and im not sure if someone could figure out a way to get an 800 and 802 working
