    Hello so i thought i would delete train sim world 2020 ON DISK a long time ago so i did but then when i installed it again now i have no add ons it says i have to pay for all of the add ons again can i please have advice

    not sure if it will help,but have you tried restoring licences in your settings?

    hi.go to ps4 settings,account management.bottom option.

    Hey georgejoshuafrost2006 please make sure you are logged in to all the correct accounts when you try to download your content. Can you explain which DLC it is you are missing?

    DTG Natster its all of them im missing i play on ps4 and im in the same account. I cant submit a ticket because it says email address is not valid. What should i do

    Please could you send me a direct message with the a screenshot or picture of the failed email address when you attempt to submit a ticket.

    May be worth redacting your personal email address assuming that DTG Natster now has the information she needs?

    georgejoshuafrost2006 I have been in touch with customer support, please try the following and let me know if you continue to have problems accessing your DLC

    Activate PlayStation 4 System as Your Primary PS4

    1. From your PS4™, sign in to your PlayStation™Network.
    2. Go to [Settings].
    3. Select [Account Management] and select [Activate as Your Primary PS4].
    4. Click [Activate].
    Restoring your Licenses:

    1. Sign in to your account on PlayStation™Network under which you purchased the content.
    2. From the Home screen, go to [Settings] > [Account Management], and select [Restore Licenses]. Click [OK] when done.
    3. Go to the [Library] > [Purchased], select the game you’ve purchased the add-on for and select the add-on.
    How to Re-download Add ons:
    1. Sign in to your account on PlayStation™Network under which you purchased the content.
    2. From the Home screen on PS4™, go to [Library] > [Purchased] > click on the game title you purchased the add-on for.
    3. Select [PlayStation™Store], then [Your Add-Ons] in the Add-Ons section on the right.
    4. You should see the add-on you’re looking for on the list of your add-ons. If you don't see "Installed" next to the title of the add-on, click on the add-on to download it.
