I remember I asked this question back in March or April, and JD replied that they were working on the game to make sure Epic Games users can access the Creators Club. It's the end of July, and I still cannot download reskins or scenarios... I mean how is it acceptable that as an Epic Games user, I still don't have access to user-created content? Can someone from DTG explain why this hasn't been resolved, still (or are there any plans to fix this)? Please see screenshots below (all the required content are installed). The issue is that the game thinks I don't own these DLCs.

Have you tried this? https://creatorsclub.dovetailgames.com/ Apparently some users with issues are using the web based version of creators club. Not sure it will work for you though.
