Xbox PC Error Updating Riviera Line Resulting In The Game Not Opening.

For the attention of DTG Harry, DTG Matt, or Chris or anyone who can help please.

I purchased Train Sim World: CSX Heavy Haul in 2017 and then purchased an Xbox One to play it on. I have purchased everything DTG has ever released since. So consider myself as a loyal customer.

I am still downloading all my Xbox content to TSW6. I started at the beginning of the month and am not even half way through yet. Not DTGs fault as l live at the top of a hill in the Countryside miles from the nearest exchange. Someone l know lives in a city and has a speed that is 600 times more than mine and can download all their content in a few hours. How l wish forca faster internet, anything is better than a crawl.

I also installed TSW6 through my PC from the Xbox purchase on early release and now l am unable to play the deluxe version since yesterday morning following the update. Every thing on the update has now installed, apart from, Riviera Exeter to Plymouth because l received an error message as shown.

I am now very unhappy with DTG since the release of TSW6. All this release has brought, is nothing but reported bugs and issues with multiple updates to sort out the many problems we seem to have with every new edition and an infuriating download experience for me every year. As l cannot complete the latest update would DTG please correct this update of the Riviera Line quickly as l am losing my faith with Dovetail Games and missed the opportunity to play the game all day today and yesterday.

 

DTG Harry Is it just me this is happening to? I am disappointed DTG has not responded or corrected this installation. I had hoped to spend a good amount of time playing this over the weekend but the game won’t open.

I used to buy everything for my xbox and steam but now, l am not doing this anymore.

It means l cannot play the game until it’s installed.
