Here we go again. Every time I start the game now it throws up an error message which tells me the game won’t start because a file is missing. I can fix it by restarting Computer, opening Steam, right clicking on the game, selecting properties, then selecting local files and then clicking on the bar that says validate all files. Once this has finished I get the message ‘one file could not be validated and will be reacquired. Can someone tell me why this is happening and can it be sorted permanently. Regards, Terry
What the devil has iCloud Photos to do with TSW? Have you checked your PC's Windows registry for errors?
If you've got an error which can be "fixed" by validating your files then it sounds like a local issue. Submit a support ticket by clicking support, top right of this page Validation resets all files to their original steam version, so if something is breaking this after validation then best to report it and they'll advise on further diagnosis
