Es44c4: Unable To Access Air Brake Settings (ps5)

In the new ES44C4, some of the buttons below the right side screen don't seem to be working. When changing cabs in service mode I tried to press the buttons below the screen in order to cut off the air brakes, but they weren't doing anything. The only buttons that worked below the right screen were the dimmer buttons. I think this is a really big issue, as it prevents the player from changing cabs. I'm on Ps5.
