Hello all! I've remained pretty silent about my ideas regarding the future of Train Sim World but I think it's time to throw my suggestion into the ring. That suggestion being: Revisiting Saxony for a 4th time in a new Route or a Route Extension, maybe under the Theme of the "Kulturhauptstadt Europas 2025" (European Capital of Culture 2025), Chemnitz. My ideas for a revisit are as follows: An extension & Remaster of the Route Chemnitz - Dresden (Tharandter Rampe) to Glauchau (Sachs) or Zwickau (Sachs) Hbf A new route, maybe a part of the "Chemnitzer Modell" https://www.vms.de/chemnitzer-modell/ (Only available in German) Details for suggestion variant 1 Variant 1 is an extension of the "Sachsen-Franken-Magistrale" beyond Chemnitz Hbf and would allow players to drive the full RB30 and RE3 Services from Dresden Hbf to Zwickau (Sachs) Hbf and back. If possible, this extension/upgrade could include an updated timetable and/or a new train: The Alstom Coradia Continental (BR 1440.2/.3) of the "Mitteldeutsche Regiobahn" (MRB) I think this could be a great addition to an already existing Route, which, aside from new rolling stock, would be fairly easy to implement, compared to other projects. Details for suggestion variant 2 Variant 2 is far more ambitious than the last. It would involve creating a completely new Route, Preferrably within the Chemnitzer Modell (lit. "Chemnitz Model") and would under any circumstance include new rolling stock. My suggestion here would be the implementation of the Stage 0 (Stufe 0) from the mid-sized town of Stollberg (Sachs) either to the entry point into the Chemnitz' tram system at Chemnitz-Altchemnitz or (more ambitiously) through the city to Chemnitz Hbf. The appropriate rolling stock here would be the 6NGT-LDZ of the City-Bahn Chemnitz (CBC). If the variant from Stollberg to only Chemnitz-Altchemnitz where to be chosen, it would also be possible substitute the 6NGT-LDZ with a more universally usable Stadler RegioShuttle (RS 1 / BR 650) of the CBC.
