Backdated Train Sim have released a patch for the AHS Eurostar. "This is a modification the transposes the AHS Class 373 Eurostar model to the DTG TGV Duplex blueprints and scripts, allowing simpler controls but free of bugs present in the original AHS product due to outdated scripts." With this you can run the Eurostar on UK and European Routes and the TVM work on HS1 and Lyon - Marseille https://backdatedtrainsim.weebly.com/multiple-units.html You need to own the TGV Duplex as the train now uses the cab from that train Peter
The AHS Chunnel route has a different TVM system. If you only want to run the 373 thru the tunnel then don't bother with the patch. If you want to run the 373 anywhere else - like the UK or France to Marseille or Belgium then get the patch
Maybe consider a sort of cab-swapping utility, for those who might want to run it on both its "default" route and other routes (something tells me that'd likely be easier than converting the AHS route to DTG's TVM)
I have not tried it but I think the original version has not been changed. When I go to select the Class 373 there are now two folders - one is prefixed AHS the newer one is not.
On my installation the pantographs don't raise but the power is on. If you press 'P' the power switches off. Apart from that it runs OK. I drove all the way from Ashford to Lille. I think I'll try it on the Amsterdam to Antwerp route next.
The original TGV Duplex controls didn't cycle through the pantograph configurations. So if you want different pantographs you have to physically move the pantograph selector switch with the mouse in the cab.
Have you chosen the correct 373? Mine are all found in QuickDrive under "Class 373 Eurostar", not AHS Class 373! See attached screenshot.
