when i start the game from my epic account, the game does not show my existing game save profiles but it seem to know they exist as if i try to create a new profile with the same name it warns me. I have re-installed the game and even started epic as an administrator and none of this changes this problem
It may be a good idea to have a look at your game save folder and see what the profile looks there. It might be the profile file is corrupt, if you have a backup try to install an older version. The game save folder is this one: Documents\My Games\TrainSimWorld2EGS\Saved\SaveGames
