PS5 Exiting Photo Mode

Whenever I exit photo mode on any route since the most recent update, I've been getting teleported underneath the map and stuck there. However, I did find a way to escape from underneath the map by changing your camera view by pressing R3 on controller.

I assume it's because of the way I enter photo mode (L3 + R3) since you have to press them simultaneously and R3 is the bind to change your camera view to whichever you have it set to, in my case it goes to free cam. Instead going to the main menu and selecting 'Photo Mode'. But I haven't tried that method of entering photo mode so I maybe it triggers there as well. Has this happened to anyone else?
