Expert trolling by All Aboard Studios against ATS who weren't able to complete their Manchester Commuter route all the way to Crewe and instead had to stop at Alderley Edge. Ouch!
I'm sure ATS have a sense of humour about the whole thing and I'm sure they'll add a covert easter egg in one of their DLC as a response. Just a bit of harmless ribbing!
Oh yes, my comment is tongue firmly in cheek. And I’m sure the bearded one is already plotting a righteous vengeance. To use the overworked quote from Star Trek Wrath Of Khan, “Revenge is a dish best served cold and it is very cold in space.”
Then there’s the famous one from Bricktop in Snatch, which sadly has to be slightly redacted for the forum and definitely suited to the bearded one… “Do you know what nemesis means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent, personified in this case by a 'orrible LOVE, me.”
Someone gave me a three box set of that, Layer Cake and Lock Stock back in the day. Not sure how well any of them have aged overall, but still very quotable today!! I always think of 'Zee Germans' for some reason.
Snatch definitely the best of the three and has aged quite well. I think Layer Cake was from a different director/writer.
Yep, a few years later as well (the director did work as a producer on the other two though). No idea why they came together, but I liked all of them at the time.
How are them sausages comin'?! Haha, I like Lock Stock as well, but I agree with Vern on Snatch being the better film
And the fact that you've got "Replica" written down the side of your guns... And the fact that I've got "Desert Eagle point five O Written on the side of mine...
LSTSB and Snatch were written and directed by Guy Ritchie, but all 3 were produced by Matthew Vaughn (who wrote and directed Layer Cake) so they are linked.
