PC Explore Mode Game Breaking Signal Bug

I have found after about an hour and a half of prolonged play, that i will set a path with just Percy to do a run around and signals will not chance when he passes them leaving him stuck. I havent had this issue with any other Locomotive, but i havent tested them yet either.
