I have been Playing with Flying Scotsman and like the mk2 coaches for railtour services but could you extend from 8 to 10 Mk2 coaches for the Spawning function so we can place down Scotsman with 10 Mk2 coaches consist and also its Mk1 dual brake support coach?
Haven't tried much spawning so don't know about mk2 coaches specifically, but I did notice can spawn individual boxcars and the like. So maybe there is a mk2 coaches in the spawn menu that can spawn in individually and hook up to the train.
