Not 100% sure, but I guess it´s the same for PS5 like for PS4: Press R3 - toggle between inside (drivers´) view and outside view from the free camera (wherever you positioned it before) Press R3 + Arrow Left - toggle between head out left, head out right, and then through several panel close-ups in the cab (good for programming a TMS if applicable). Depending on the loco cab the sequences and the content of the views can differ. Press R3 + Arrow Right - toggle between several camera outside views (front / back / free / static etc.) I don´t like the "Classic" controls, but that´s a question of taste and getting used to it. Obs.: PS4 and TSW2
It’s much better to plug a keyboard in and use the arrow keys for internal camera views and number keys for all the external camera views. Plus you get all the keyboard shortcuts for lots of other cab switches and buttons, turning wipers and headlights on etc.
I use a standard USB full PC keyboard, with function keys and a number pad.The keys are already set up but can’t be reassigned like on PC. There are a few keys that don’t work (such as one of the brake keys) but all the useful shortcuts work. I don’t know anything about good wireless keyboards but anything with a full standard set of keys should be fine.
PS5 and PS4 are very fussy about what keyboards they support, having gone through several "gaming" keyboards/brands. For the main part Logitech are fine, and anything that uses the Unify receiver should be fine. The receiver from their gaming keyboard however doesn't. My current keyboard for PS5 is Logi MX Keys which works fine
