Ah yeah, I believe this happened to me too during a stream months ago in TSW3... IIRC a developer is currently rebuilding a better timetable for this route, perhaps he could be notified of this? It's not a timetable matter so I don't know if it'd be a thing he can fix himself but at least it could be thrown into the eventually needed DLC update if he knows who to refer to.
