So who else is trying their hand at being a farmer? Just got the game today after much deliberation, mainly to play on Calmsden Farm when this map is released. Very disappointed with the base maps that come with the game, boring and there's no character. At least with Calmsden Farm (I urge you to check on YouTube for the farm tour) it's full of detail and character. So I'm just practicing with the equipment at the moment, waiting impatiently! The machinery is top dollar, detailed and there's alot of it!
Well I bought FS17 and thoroughly enjoyed it, for a while. Bought FS19 and refunded as it was horrible, the vehicles had less physics integrity than an Auran Trainz… Initial reviews of FS22 on Steam not that promising, looks like it is FS19 with a few mods integrated, so probably not a purchase candidate for the forseeable future.
Thanks Sam. 17 was really good particularly with 3rd party maps like Oakfield Farm or the one with the island where you had to collect all the gold to get started. I will save my silver for Sherman, the new German route and Cathcart/Cane Creek!
I played the first one that was released on the PS3 (FS 15?), and I enjoyed it. I have the previous one released on the PS4, but I haven't got around it trying it yet.
