Fatal Error In Mode Frontent Issue

i was going on create new to make my own freight train, the route was most likely at semmering bahn and then the game crashes with a weird error, out_of_memory, and i barely installed reshade and it worked fine

Exception Info: OUT OF MEMORY

Intel Core i5 10400F nVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 16GB RAM 240GB SSD 1TBHDD
i tried verifying the integrity and still have no clue what causes the problem
