I would probably say Dresden Riesa but due to the Flughafen fiasco I promised I wouldn’t say that.

my other pick might be London Commuter or South Eastern but I’m not sure.

ECML, TVL and NTP all equally as great.

    Southeastern High Speed.

Large service and rolling stock variety, plenty to do, as well as a lot of Easter eggs and the abundance of railtours.

I also like how some of its services are seasonal.

    Hard to call…
    UK probably still NTP.
Germany a tie between DRA and RSN.
US would say SPG still has the edge.

    Training Center/Centre :D

    Reason being -
If I were a multi-billionaire, I'd have something like that as my countryside holiday home.
Only that it would host a multitude of classic/preserved locos. & stock instead of anything that looks plastic & corporate.

Niddertalbahn is so pretty, especially in the summer and autumn, I'm not sure if I spend more time driving or taking photos!

It's still probably BML. Although if they added a Class 91 to ECML then that would probably be my new favourite.

    Northen Trans Pennine.

Hellfire locos (45) (40) , hellfire banks for thrash, heavy freights, parcel services, passenger services, decent length. In my opinion it is almost the perfect route all it needs are 25s.

My favorite one is Dresden Riesa.
Due to the variety of trains you can drive there, and also about 2 separate lines - local and fast trains - plus some extra branch lines.
You can run there almost every German train. Now with Free Roam, every one, or even of other countries too!.

My second option is Linke Rheinstrecke.
Due to the length, the classic german trains, but mainly the scenery!
    It is really great.

No German route favourite is Southeastern High Speed.
Due to the diversity of trains you can use there!.
Including high speed ones, with the Javelin, but also some TGV services too.

    I like GWE too.
But it will be better if could be longer, and all electrified.
May be on a new updated version...

    this is a tricky pick
only the route or what the route DLC brings with it?
if it was only the route itself, I would probably pick Munich-Augsburg, for Munich Main Station and it's surroundings. many tracks, many assets, many ways to go, especially with freeroam now. unfortunately the signals are bugged out like crazy and some signal signs are just generally wrong. but the route itself is pretty nice.

if it was with the content the DLC brings, then it's KWG
ICE 3 and ICE 1 in one pack? hell yeah!

I feel like for me it's "Which DLC do you hate the least" :/

I feel like it's a toss-up between SPG and CRR.

My favourite route is Southeastern High Speed with Blackpool Branches a close second.

Watching on this thread the high number of either TVL or NTP compared to recent releases, then remembering being told BR don’t sell well… reinforces my disbelief in that statement.

I never believed believed it and always suspected it were a load of bullocks. BPO can go on top as the best now though.

certainly a top route for me also.

not too mention TVL had 2 loco packs and NTP had a freight dlc with a Loco, both of which locked to those routes at that time. But yea when routes don’t sell you put extra dlc behind it…

Only comparable instance of that is to SEHS, so same logic is SEHS is a poor seller, another thing I wouldn’t believe.

    BPO 99.5%

Reason being that it brings back memories for me and the route reminds me a lot of things which have changed. Although I would have to give the 142 8/10 due to the couple of things that are wrong with them. But saying that, I don't tend to give top marks for anything.

I would love to have said NTP. but the sounds of the 101 just don't sound right,
