Dear DTG, DTG Protagonist DTG Natster Can you please put ALL Festival of Rail streams on Youtube to view after the event, not just the highlights. I have found it impossible to watch on Steam during the weekend because of the constant buffering. This is not down to my connection which is fine (I checked by looking at a couple of live streams on Youtube this evening which played just fine). I have tried restarting steam, restarting my computer ( even though I also get buffering on my ipad) and rebooting the router. I have watched on the Steam client as well as the Steam website with the same result. My download speed according to Speedtest is as I would expect and I have no other Internet activity going so I can only presume that the problem is down to the sheer number of people watching the streams. Therefore the only way that I, and anyone else experiencing this problem, can watch the content is by viewing it after the event. Thank You
Thursday and Friday it wasn't too bad, but last night I tried watching and with all the buffering I somehow ended up about 10 minutes behind the actual stream. Whether that was because more people were using Steam due to it being the weekend I don't know. I'll give it a look tonight for the final day, but I'm not hopeful that it'll be much better than it was last night. Ah well, back to Twitch and YouTube next week.
